Получилось как многие и думали: - Россия не трогает мирное население, удары по военным / стратегическим объектам. - ВСУ не собирается воевать и просто отступает без существенного сопротивления. - Никакие "сверх"-санкции не будут введены (планировали же вообще отделение России от мировой экономики). - Националисты испугались и уехали, ну или самые преданные попадут под удар. - США снова всех кинули. - Рубль не превысил 90.1 за доллар и сейчас 86, продолжая падать, хотя некоторые верили в 150+ (да-да, будут еще санкции, но, поверьте, больше 100 - нереально. Да и со 100 быстро упадет до 90) - Путин красавчик, показал силу России, снова всех переиграв (вспоминаем крым). Россия 2 - 0.5 Америка

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday.
