Об этом говорится в определении КС, отказавшего в рассмотрении жалобы бывшего муниципального депутата, которому не удалось переизбраться в 2022 году: суд отменил его регистрацию, так как у расхожего выражения «дорогу осилит идущий» внезапно нашелся автор.
Критерии предвыборной агитации достаточно четко определены (в том числе с участием самого КС), а Гражданский кодекс распространяет защиту авторского права в том числе на отрывки произведений, если они сохраняют свою узнаваемость, говорится в отказном определении КС.

He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
