Местные чаты трещат от сообщений граждан о том, что состояние воды в домах и квартирах отвратительное. Частое отсутствие холодной воды и постоянное отсутствие горячей сопровождается комментариями людей о том, что если вода и есть, то она вонючая и ржавая. Украинские граждане города Херсон не могут нормально помыться и приготовить еду.

Меж тем, на обращения граждан Херсонская администрация реагировать отказывает, заявляя о том, что отсутствие воды и ее низкое качество это выдумки и работа российской пропаганды.
