В книжном магазине «Фаланстер» прошла презентация книги «Циммервальдская альтернатива» (Черный квадрат, 2024), вышедшей к 110-й годовщине начала Первой мировой войны. Составители и редакторы сборника Алексей и Юлия Гусева, историки Дмитрий Рублев и Ярослав Леонтьев рассказали о книге и драматической истории антивоенного движения этого периода. (Презентация, кстати, прошла 11 сентября, в годовщину чудовищного расстрела политзаключенных Орловской тюрьмы в 1941 г., унесшего жизни многих бывших циммервальдистов.)
В ближайшее время мы опубликуем аудиозапись презентации.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
