Специальный представитель президента РФ по вопросам климата Руслан Эдельгериев: «Ни в коем случае нельзя допустить, чтобы было прервано финансирование. Если невозможно в полном объеме (обеспечить финансирование), нужно хотя бы в минимальных размерах, как минимум для поддержки коллективов, для поддержания тех процессов, которые контрпродуктивно прерывать».

By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
