Товарооборот провинции Хэйлунцзян с РФ по итогам 2024 года составил 234,12163 млрд юаней, что на 11,2% больше, чем за аналогичный период 2023 года.
При этом экспорт из провинции Хэйлунцзян в РФ за этот период составил 37,29004 млрд юаней, что на 29,1% больше, чем годом ранее, а импорт из РФ в провинцию Хэйлунцзян составил 196,83159 млрд юаней, что на 8,4% больше, чем в 2023 году.
На торговлю с РФ по итогам 2024 года пришлось 74,97% внешнего товарооборота провинции Хэйлунцзян. Россия остаётся крупнейшим торговым партнёром провинции Хэйлунцзян, её доля в товарообороте провинции колеблется в районе 75%.

They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
