В 2024 году он инициативно установил контакт с представителем Службы безопасности Украины.
Действуя из корыстной заинтересованности, посредством иностранного мессенджера WhatsApp передал иностранной разведке сведения о деятельности режимного военного объекта, которые могут быть использованы против Вооруженных Сил Российской Федерации.
Следственным отделом УФСБ России по Ленинградскому военному округу в отношении россиянина возбуждено уголовное дело, и избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу.
Оперативно-разыскные мероприятия и следственные действия продолжаются.
