По словам мэра, каких-либо обращений от жителей дома по ул. Библиотечной по поводу запаха газа в подъезде в ЕДДС не поступало. В администрацию Тымовского также не поступали жалобы на ситуацию.
«К нам сюда едут 35 сотрудников ГО и ЧС. Они с утра воскресенья начнут аккуратно, самостоятельно, без допуска жителей в подъезды, выносить уцелевшие вещи, документы, одежду. Все это будет маркироваться и описываться. Если граждане захотят с места забрать свое имущество, возможность предоставим. Остальное будет храниться на складе», — отметил Эдуард Звада.

One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
