Таких обращений нам поступило порядка 300. Значительная часть таких проблем решается в "ручном режиме" депутатским обращением или даже просто звонком.
Системная же работа в основном ведётся на заседаниях комитетов, комиссий и на собраниях Думы. О том, как это работает, я знаю не понаслышке. Заседания стараюсь не пропускать, хоть это и не входит в обязанности помощника.
