Липецкая область, Подмосковье, Крым, Кабардино-Балкария, Чечня, Ингушетия и Карачаево-Черкесия заняли верхние строчки первого экологического рейтинга регионов России, который посвящен качеству выполнения национального проекта «Экология».
В числе проблемных регионов оказались Тверская, Ярославская, Вологодская, Омская, Ульяновская области, Забайкальский край, Дагестан, Тува и Хакасия.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. "Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety.
