"В ЖК "Ты и Я" явно существуют какие-то сложности с управляющей компанией. Иначе мы не можем объяснить странные случаи, которые происходят в ЖК: то падает лифт (хотя в УК уверяли, что не падал), то устанавливают ограждения для проезда.
Теперь выясняется, если вы вдруг проживаете в ЖК "Ты и Я" и захотели позвать гостей или заказать доставку, то вам придётся спускаться вниз и открывать дверь самим. Потому что домофоны и СКУД (система контроля и управления доступом) в ЖК не работают.
Жители ожидали, что систему СКУД будет менять застройщик, но вскоре выяснилось, что новая СКУД будет на деньги собственников и вряд ли появится в ближайшее время".

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
