"Seven Suns" придумал интересный способ передавать дольщикам квартиры в ЖК "В стремлении к свету" с отделкой. В ДДУ про неё ни слова, а всё потому, что её "выдают" по уникальному сертификату по "договору пожертвования", которые позволяет девелоперу уйти от налогов и полностью снять с себя ответственность за качество самой отделки. То есть, никаких гарантий, только бумажка. Это даже не договор, это обычная картинка.
Само строительство продвигается непонятно: за 2 года работ строители вообще ничего не делали 3 месяца. До обещанных новогодних сроков сдачи "Seven Suns Development" построить ЖК не успевает, но уже строит планы по обходу налогов".

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." We don’t know what it means to earnings.” Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. "We as Ukrainians believe that the truth is on our side, whether it's truth that you're proclaiming about the war and everything else, why would you want to hide it?," he said.
