К сожалению, пришлось ограничиться видеообращением: российская делегация, возглавляемая Министром иностранных дел России Сергеем Викторовичем Лавровым, буквально накануне принимала участие в мероприятиях саммита «Группы двадцати» в Рио-де-Жанейро.
