Также с 15 июня ожидается запуск заказа карты иностранного банка Visa/Mastercard, «консультационная услуга» подешевела до 10.000 руб - было 20.000 руб. В мае банк предлагал карты одного из белорусских банков.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
