أظن أن هذا الخبر بنسبة كبيرة كاذب؛ وهدفه حماية التكنولوجيا الغربية واستمرار الثقة فيها حتى لا يتجه الناس أو الدول للتصنيع والتطوير المحلي في مجال التصنيع العسكري والتكنولوجي، فتخسر الشركات الأمريكية والصهيونية.
بالأمس قرأت خبرا مفاده أن رئيس الشيشان قاديروف يشتكي من إيلون ماسك لأنه أهداه سيارة متقدمة من نوع تيسلا، فلما وضع عليها رشاشا وأرسلها للجبهة الأوكرانية أوقفها ماسك من وراء المحيطات على بعد آلاف الكيلومترات.
والخلاصة لا يمكنك الانتصار أو الاستقلال عن الغرب طالما تستخدم أدواته.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
