Летом 2022-го компания сообщила о реструктуризации бизнеса путем раздела своих российских и казахстанских активов, а также о редомициляции головного холдинга с острова Джерси в юрисдикцию Казахстана. Тогда же Polymetal начал рассматривать продажу российских активов.
