Правительство изменило порядок единовременных выплат за подписание контракта с вооруженными силами для службы в зоне военной операции на Украине. Теперь вознаграждение не полагается россиянам, которые заключили контракт, отбывая тюремный срок.
Соответствующее постановление 28 декабря подписал премьер-министр Михаил Мишустин.

On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events."
