Недельная инфляция - 0,37%. Такого роста не было давно, с весны 2024-го (если исключить разовый эпизод в начале июля, связанный с повышением тарифов). Прямо нехорошо. Такое впечатление, что инфляция просто насмехается над мерами ЦБ РФ и вместо того, чтобы снижаться, наоборот, ускоряется.
Опять высокий рост на молочку, какой-то безумный рост в плодовощах: огурцы, извините, 11,3%. За неделю, Карл, не за год! Помидоры - 6%, капуста - 4,7%, почти все овощи в таком же духе.
Такие движения, конечно, вряд ли могут объясняться какими-то высокоуровневыми монетарными факторами. Это явно какой-то очередной боттлнек в импортной логистике и/или волатильность, связанная с урожаями (картофель, например, очень сильно вырос с начала года, а вот тот же огурец подешевел). Но ведь такие вещи надо как-то предсказывать/пресекать. Мы уже писали летом, что рост цен на овощи, в частности, картофель, в мае-июне был связан с аномально низкими сезонными закупками в Египте/Ближнем Востоке. Может быть и теперь такая же или похожая штука, надо будет посмотреть поподробнее. Но легче от этого не становится.

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
