Die „Experten“ beim RKI wussten, dass die Covid-19-Impfung keinen verlässlichen oder anhaltenden Schutz vor Infektionen bietet. Zudem war bereits bekannt, dass die Schutzwirkung in der Bevölkerung weiter abnehmen würde, weil das Virus sich anpassen wird:
Man sollte dementsprechend sehr vorsichtig mit der Aussage sein, dass Impfungen jegliche (auch asymptomatische) Infektionen verhindern. Mit zunehmendem zeitlichem Abstand zur Impfung trifft dies immer weniger zu.
