О разрыве коммуникации на дне Балтийского моря сообщил директор по технологиям компании Telia Lietuva Андрюс Шемешкявичюс.
▪️Из-за инцидента на треть уменьшился доступ к ресурсам Сети. Вышедший из строя кабель давно находится в эксплуатации. Инциденты с ним бывали и ранее. Случаев саботажа зафиксировано не было.

In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
