Согласно данным ЕИСЖС, первый четырехподъездный 17-этажный (с учетом подземного паркинга) дом ЖК на 388 квартир строится с ноября, а распроданность жилья указана - 14% при средней цене 118 тысяч рублей. Метраж студии (с лоджией!) начинается с 19,4 метра. Однушки от 37 метров, двушки от 59 метов, трешки от 77 метров.
