@get_map_bot - бот который показывает метеоданные для конкретной точки, создает карты местности (Mbtiles) и карты высот (Hgt).

Инструкция пользования:

1. Запустите бота @get_map_bot
2. Введите команду /start
3. Выберите тип картографических данных mbtiles или hgt
4. Выберите тип карты (например, google спутник или гибрид)
5. Выберите тип координат СК42 или WGS84
6. Напишите сообщение с координатами, укажите центр и радиус, в формате:
X, Y, Радиус (км) - радиус должен быть не больше 30км!

Если вам нужно получить метеорологические данные для конкретной точки, то нужно сделать следующее:

1. Запустите бота @get_map_bot
2. Введите команду /start
3. Введите команду /get_weather
4. Введите координаты
