1,5 L Wasser 0,75 L Branntweinessig 100 g Zucker 60 g Steinsalz (oder Meersalz ohne Jod) 1 TL Pfeffer 1 TL Piment 1 EL Senfkörner 2 Lorbeerblätter
2 Stunden abkühlen lassen, dann den Sud abseihen. 1,5 kg Paprikaschoten und 0,4 kg rote Zwiebeln in Streifen schneiden. Je 1 EL Öl in die Sterilisierten Gläser füllen, dann mit dem Gemüse auffüllen und den Sud auffüllen. Im Weckautomat bei 85°C für 50 Minuten einwecken.
