5ml Frauenmantelöl 5ml Mandel /Jojoba /Argan/oder Sesamöl 2g Lysolecithin (Ölphase) Alle drei Zutaten verrühren...!!
15ml Rosenhydrolat 15ml Imortellen/Kornblumen oder Melissenhydrolat 2,5ml Frauenmanteltinktur 5g Aloe Vera Gel oder Pulver 5ml Alkohol oder 0,5g Biokons zur Konservierung. Hydrolate, Alkohol, Tinktur und Aloe Vera verführen.
Anschließend die wässrige Phase gut in die Öl/Lysolecithin Phase rühren bis sich beides vermischt hat.
Der Alkohol zur Konservierung wird mit den Hydrolaten gemischt, das Biokons wird erst zum Schluss mit eingeführt.
Fertige Lotion in eine trockene, saubere Sprühflasche füllen. Haltbarkeit ca. 3 Monate.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access.
