🔹 یک کارشناس بازار مسکن با بیان اینکه سال ۱۴۰۱ رشد قیمت مسکن نهایتا به اندازه افزایش نرخ مصالح ساختمانی خواهد بود بیان کرد: احتمالا با وقوع توافق هسته‌ای، تثبیت نسبی نرخ ارز، کنترل روند کسری بودجه و فروش نفت بیشتر، تورم تا حدودی کنترل می‌شود؛ بازار مسکن نیز با رکود ساخت و ساز و معاملات مواجه خواهد شد.
