Стоимость одного рецептурного бланка на лекарство, в определённой дозировке вызывающее наркотический эффект, достигала всего 2000 рублей. Передавал рецепты наркозависимым людям медик из Владивостока через посредника.
В ходе обыска у фигуранта были изъяты ты самые рецептурные бланки, которыми он приторговывал, и иные вещественные доказательства, имеющие значение для расследования уголовного дела.
В отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело ст.233 УК РФ, избрана мера пресечения в виде подписки о невыезде.
