Представляя законопроект, Александр Болотников отметил, что это большая помощь жителям сел, которые всегда были вынуждены ездить за лекарствами в районные центры или просить кого-то купить и привезти лекарства. После принятия закона, приобрести медикаменты можно будет, например, в сельских ФАПах.
