Все знают, как я отношусь к Рубену Варданяну, и, тем более, к так называемому военно-политическому руководству Арцаха. Но это абсолютно неважно. После того как я вчера узнал, что ему грозит пожизненное заключение, я испытал очень неприятные чувства.
Если бы в Ереване была национальная и суверенная власть, этот вопрос был бы в топе внешнеполитической повестки Армении. И безусловно, после наших рядовых заключённых в Баку, которые уже четыре года находятся в ужасных условиях и игнорируются официальным Ереваном.
Я очень хочу, чтобы Рубен был освобождён.
Нужно сделать всё возможное, чтобы сначала освободить наших рядовых заключённых в Баку, а потом Варданяна и остальных.
Все вопросы к ним будут решаться уже в Ереване.
Надеюсь, они многое переосмыслили за стенами вражеских тюрем. Терпения и сил им в логове врага.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
