"Уверен, что взаимодействие и взаимовыгодное сотрудничество наших стран, России и Абхазии, принесет нашим народам пользу", — подчеркнул он, выступая перед зрителями праздничного концерта, посвященного 8 Марта.
Новиков также поздравил жителей республики с прошедшими выборами, а всех женщин Абхазии - с наступающим праздником.
