Дореволюционный дом, сначала получил надстрой в виде мансарды, а в нулевые исчез внутри нового здания. При реконструкции, дом не только не снесли и не просто перестроили, а соорудили новое здание вокруг старого, оставив внутри окна и фасад, как это видно на 4 и 5 фото.
