На данном видео Лютый, или как его там, поражает колонну НПЗ.
Скажу, что такие манёвры автоматически выполнить очень непросто. Тем более, на хоббийном железе, которое укры ставят в свои БПЛА.
А на фото обломков мы видим что-то очень похожее на видеопередатчик оператора с окошком индикатора номера канала.
Хотелось бы ошибиться...

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
