Трудно судить, насколько это желаемый Чибисом результат, ведь весь его губернаторский срок недруги вбрасывали информацию о том, что работа в Мурманске - лишь ступенька для продолжения карьеры на федеральном уровне... Но пока это явно не так.
UPD: Путин поддержал планы Чибиса баллотироваться на пост губернатора Мурманской области на новый срок и пожелал ему успехов.

They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted.
