Тюменский бюджет станет профицитным только в 2028 году
Правительство Тюменской области опубликовало бюджетный прогноз до 2034 года. Согласно ему, на профицитный уровень регион выйдет только через пять лет.
В документе указано, что на период 2023 — 2026 годов бюджет будет сбалансирован с дефицитом, а основными источниками финансирования будут выступать государственные заимствования. И только с 2028 года предусмотрено их погашение. Также в постановлении указан прогнозируемый прирост объёма доходов бюджета к 2034 году против 2022 года. Он ожидается на уровне 43% или 115 миллиарда рублей.
В период до 2034 года основными доходными источниками останутся налог на прибыль организаций, налог на доходы физических лиц и налоги на имущество. В то же время, в структуре налоговых доходов прогнозируется снижение доли налога на прибыль организаций. Однако вырастет доля других доходных источников.
Также ожидается, что расходыобластнойказны в 2034 году составят около 363 млрд рублей.
