🏋🏻♂️Время тренировки: с 13:00 до 14:00 ⏱️Длительность тренировки- 1 час.
Форма одежды спортивная и босиком, так как на месте проведения занятий лежит борцовский ковёр. Перемещение по клубу в сменной обуви или тапочках👟🩴
Желательно с собой на каждую тренировку брать прыгалки (скакалки).
