⚡️СК завершил расследование убийства добровольца из США Рассела «Техаса» Бентли.

Обвинения предъявлены военнослужащим ВС РФ Виталию Васняцкому, Владиславу Агальцеву, Владимиру Бажину и Андрею Иорданову.

По данным следствия, 8 апреля 2024 года военнослужащие задержали Рассела Бентли и применили к нему физическое насилие и пытки, в результате которых он скончался, а затем подорвали тротиловой шашкой автомобиль ВАЗ 2115 с телом убитого.

Также подозреваемые совершили укрывательство особо тяжкого преступления, пытаясь скрыть местонахождение останков Рассела Бентли.

После ознакомления обвиняемых с материалами уголовного дела, оно будет направлено в суд.

UPD. В комментариях спрашивают про мотивы убийства. Бухие были, вот и все "мотивы".
