А на сессии ИНТЦ о науке ученые предложили рецепт становления научного центра - в ответ на вопрос привлекать ли опытных ученых или растить новых звезд - делать как при заготовке банки с солеными огурцами. Оставить в рассоле пару старых просоленных и заложить много свежих. Тогда будет вкусно. Не поспоришь. А форум, хоть и Восточный, но остров-то Русский. 🙂🇷🇺

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Stocks closed in the red Friday as investors weighed upbeat remarks from Russian President Vladimir Putin about diplomatic discussions with Ukraine against a weaker-than-expected print on U.S. consumer sentiment. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
