نقول: إن كانت عين الذات، فلا فرق بين القدرة والعلم في نفس الأمر، فلزم اتحاد حقائقهم: ومن ثم يلزم اتحاد آثارهم، وهو خلاف قولهم، فإن الإرادة -مثلا- رجحت وجود العالم على عدمه بخلاف العلم الذي لا يرجح.
فحصول التمايز في الآثار الخارجية فرع التمايز بين المؤثرين في الخارج، وإلا فيكون حصول التمايز في الآثار ترجح لأحد المتماثلين من غير مرجح وهو محال.
إذ ما به يحصل الأثر «أ» من الصفة «ب»، كذلك يوجد في غيرها من الصفات، فما بال هذه الصفة -مثلا- من شأنها الترجيح والأخرى من شأنها غير ذلك؟
فإن كان التفريق بين الصفات ذهنيا محضا (مثل التقسيمات الاصطلاحية) فلا أثر له في الخارج، والأثر حاصل: فثبت أن التمايز حاصل في حقيقة الصفات.
ثم إننا تعلمنا المعاني من الجزئيات في الشاهد، وليس في الشاهد صفات غير متمايزة بآثار مختلفة، فكيف ينشأ معنى كلي في الذهن من غير جزئي واحد يصدق عليه في الشاهد؟؟
