🏛 Настойчиво рекомендую не тратить время на выяснение отношений, а к каждой жалобе в высшие инстанции по гражданским делам (апелляция, кассация, кассация в ВС, надзор), которую вы подписываете как адвокат, прикладывать: - доверенность; - ордер; - копию адвокатского удостоверения.
Как выяснилось, практика приема документов в 2 КСОЮ у нас теперь отличается от практики приема документов в Верховном Суде РФ. 🙈
Спорить бессмысленно, проще сразу приложить и спокойно двигаться вверх по судебной лестнице ☝️
UPD: кстати, последний раз у меня в 2 КСОЮ очень удивились судьи, увидев, что один ордер выписан на все судебные инстанции. А не только на 2 КСОЮ. Сказали, что первый раз такое видят.
