Сью Бун, жительница Сиднея (Австралия), впервые открыла для себя 3D-желе-торты 4 года назад. Очарованная этим искусством, она прошла курс по созданию композиций в «желе-полотнах» из агар-агара под руководством известного преподавателя 3D-желе из Куала-Лумпур. После первого успеха Сью основала собственную фирму под названием «Желейная Алхимия».

Каждая композиция может занять 4–5 часов работы от начала до завершения. Конструкции вводятся в прозрачный желейный «холст» – лепесток за лепестком, при этом все выполняется вверх ногами!
