На экологическом совете Петербурга согласовали градостроительные планы на два участка будущего круглогодичного курорта "Санкт-Петербург Марина" в Горской.

Школа яхтенного спорта и яхт-клуб появятся на участках в 25,6 и 9,6 гектара. Беглов показал, как будут выглядеть не только они, но и общественные пространства, парки, набережные. На территории мегапроекта также откроют круглогодичный бассейн, секции для детей, искусственный тренировочный водоем.

Он уточнил, что сейчас активно ведется подготовка к началу строительства.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
