Я люблю кундалини и чаши за то, что они вскрывают очень много пластов внутри. Шаг за шагом, слой за слоем открываются эмоции, которые грузиками висят внутри.
Открываются, проживаются заново и отпускаются. Через слезы, дыхание и движение. И возвращается энергия.
Если эмоции, которые нас учили называть положительными, мне легко проявлять: могу от души смеяться, плакать от умиления, то грустить и плакать мне уже сложнее, особенно когда я не одна 😄 я знаю, что не одна такая.
Ну а снимая эти пласты, мы открываем себя, не нового, а, скорее, забытого. А ещё начинаем больше чувствовать и от этого ощущать больше жизни.
В общем, процесс безумно интересный. Я мало пишу такого, потому что у нас тут тема другая немного, но иногда хочется поделиться 🙏
