Форум «Арктика - территория диалога» впервые пройдет на территории Мурманской области и станет ключевой площадкой для обсуждения актуальных вопросов социально-экономического развития арктических территорий, выработки разноуровневых, многосторонних механизмов эффективного освоения мощного ресурсного потенциала Арктического региона.
Одной из главных тем форума станет развитие Севморпути в честь 500-летия его освоения.
