Привет!

Давно не делилась нашим рационом в течение дня в фотоформате, а сегодня есть повод, так как попробовали новые макарошки. Зелёного цвета 😃.

Теперь я у Тёмы спрашиваю: «Тебе зелёные или оранжевые (из красной чечевицы) макарошки?»

Завтрак:
🟡нутовые вафли с арахисовой пастой
🟡голубика
🟡морковка, красный апельсин

Обед:
🟡спагетти из зелёного горошка.

Родители купили в Глобусе, цена 190р, а на озоне какая-то конская цена за пачку - 556р 🫣
В общем, сейчас если кто-то говорит, что «ребёнок у меня ест одни макароны», то с этим вполне можно жить, ведь сейчас их делают из гречки, риса, горошка, кукурузы, чечевицы, нута и тд.
Вкус как у зелёного горошка! Отличный вариант для ребёнка, мне кажется.

🟡помидорки черри, хумус
🟡авокадо, хлеб «живые зерна» из ВВ. Очень люблю этот хлеб именно, когда он из тостера

На перекус были вафли утренние и фрукты. Растительное молоко.

Ужин:
🟡суп-пюре из цветной капусты с нутинками

*завтра наконец-то выкладываю рецепт постного борща - совместное приготовление с Тёмой.
