С утра перед садиком:
- поставила запекаться батат, который порезала с вечера
- вылила смесь для нутового «омлета» на сковородку
- смешала все для чиа-пудинга, оставив набухать
И пока это готовится пошла доделывать массаж для лица, а Темке включаю аудиосказку.

Вафли оставались с понедельника, обед стараюсь собирать после ужина предыдущего дня.

А сегодня вот после ужина, вместо того, чтобы собирать обед, я пишу этот пост 🙈

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
