﴿والَّذِينَ يُؤْتُونَ ما آتَوْا وقُلُوبُهم وجِلَةٌ أنَّهم إلى رَبِّهِمْ راجِعُونَ﴾
أي: يفعلون ما ذكر من الأعمال الصالحة بقلوبهم وجوارحهم وهو مضمرون وجلا وخوفا من ربهم أن يرجعوا إليه فلا يجدونه راضيًا عنهم، أو لا يجدون ما يجده غيرهم ممن يفوتهم في الصالحات، فهم لذلك يسارعون في الخيرات ويكثرون منها ما استطاعوا وكذلك كان شأن المسلمين الأوّلين.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
