Сегодня планирую немного посмотреть и Frieze Masters, а пока вновь на основной Frieze — и вот немного фаворитов из секции Focus, в которой участвует 34 молодые и классные галереи.

У Focus очень выигрышное расположение, сразу при входе на ярмарку.

1 • Ginny On Frederick (Лондон) — и работы великолепной Шарлотты Эдей.
2 • Someday (Нью-Йорк). Peter Brock. God, Human, Animal, Machine, 2024. И инсталляция Umico Niwa.
3 • Hot Wheels (Афины, Лондон), про которую писала тут, была награждена как стенд года (вручают нескольким галереям). Керамика и конструкции из картона — работы квартета художников CFGNY.
4 • palace enterprise (Копенгаген) / Benedikte Bjerre. The birds, 2017. Foil, helium 🤍
5 • Rose Easton (Лондон). Работы Евы Голд, её же тексты в центре и диваны — где их можно почитать. this is where I post from

Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
