Миссия ЕС в Армении размещена с 20 февраля прошлого года. Она состоит из 100 человек с двухлетним мандатом, включая 15 полицейских из Германии и 8 жандармов из Франции. Цель - проводить мониторинг по всей протяженности армяно-азербайджанской границы.
11 декабря глава европейского внешнеполитического ведомства Жозеп Боррель заявил, что Совет ЕС решил увеличить число участников гражданской миссии в Армении с 138 до 209.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried.
