Условия содержания в таком центре можно увидеть на фото, которое один из солдат отправил родителям прямо оттуда.
Правозащитники, с которыми связалась «Вёрстка», склоняются к мнению, что такой центр действительно существует. Но официального подтверждения этой информации пока нет.
