Специалисты ФРС ПАО "Сахалинэнерго" предупреждают о работах на сетях и подстанциях, запланированных в областном центре на воскресенье, 2 февраля. Адреса, по которым с 13:00 до 17:00 не будет света:

Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
