По объекту нанесли удар 7 беспилотников, начинённых взрывчаткой и металлическими поражающими элементами. Цель была очевидна – не просто вывести станцию из строя, но и нанести ущерб экономике и людям.
Станция выведена из эксплуатации, но транспортировка казахстанской нефти продолжается – правда, в сниженных режимах.
И тут важно понимать: КТК – это не только российская инфраструктура. Основные акционеры консорциума: 🇷🇺 Россия – 31% 🇺🇸 США – 24,25% 🇰🇿 Казахстан – 20,75%
То есть по сути была совершена атака на собственность Казахстана, пусть и на территории другой страны. Деньги на этот проект шли, в том числе, из нашего бюджета. И те, кто совершал атаку, прекрасно понимали, по чему именно они бьют.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram Messenger Blocks Navalny Bot During Russian Election The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
